PIPEDA STATEMENT

Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) is the federal law that governs how private-sector organisations collect, use, and disclose personal information in the course of commercial activities. MarTecho is committed to full compliance with PIPEDA's ten Fair Information Principles, which cover how personal information is collected, stored, used, protected, and made available to individuals.
