DATA RESIDENCY STATEMENT

By default, MarTecho stores and processes all client data within Canada, using Canadian data centres. This means your data stays in Canada unless you specifically authorise otherwise in writing. If data must be transferred outside Canada (for example, to use a particular cloud service), MarTecho will only do so with your written authorisation, and only where legal safeguards are in place to protect your data. When your contract with MarTecho ends, your data is returned to you in a usable format and then securely deleted from MarTecho's systems, with written confirmation provided. This Statement also explains our use of cloud services and our commitments regarding government access to your data.
